There are still many that Do Not understand the difference between #Bikini & #Wellness so during his months of filming the 2022 #roadtotheolympia @npcphotogymofficial , J.M. Manion decided to put 2019 #IFBBBikiniOlympia Champion @isapecini right in between @ifbbproleaguewellness competitors Julia Chitarra @chitarraju & now 2x #IFBBWellnessOlympia Champion @franciellemattos

He filmed them first having ALL 3 do their posing as Bikini competitors, then had ALL 3 pose for Wellness.

He had @etila calling out the poses in #Portugues for them.

*Note the athlete’s do not have their tan & for most this is their practice suit, not the suit they will wear on the #Olympia stage.

Hopefully this will give a bit more clarity as the the differences in the physiques & posing styles in each division. Plus it was fun to see them doing what IS NOT the norm for them!
